The Dalston Area Action Plan, the 132 page document that maps out Hackney Council’s idea for the future of Dalston, will be put before government inspectors after its consultation period ends on 3rd November.In reading the document it’s interesting to note how the consensus from their surveys of public opinion didn’t quite match what’s included in the plan.
