MUGA enquiry
The enquiry into the proposed floodlights and Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) on London Fields starts on 8th December and runs for two days.
The scheme has divided park users between those whose priority is to preserve the openness of the park and others who want to see improved facilities for young people.
Supporters and opponents of the scheme will get their chance to put their cases to a Government Inspector at the Ocean on Mare Street on Tuesday 8th and at Hackney Town Hall on the Wednesday 9th, both starting at 10am.
